Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) Inc / Division of Arrow Group of Companies in Exeter, ON is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipping activities and optimize delivery routes. You will collaborate with drivers, customers, sales, and production to ensure on-time deliveries and excellent service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of logistics experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Logistics Coordinator, Shipping Coordinator, Dispatch Coordinator, or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with delivery scheduling, transportation coordination, and route planning.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience in the construction, lumber, building materials, or manufacturing industry is an asset.
• Ability to provide a current criminal record check.

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator for an exciting opportunity with a growing organization in the building materials industry.

• Location: Exeter, ON
• Pay Rate: $30–$34/hour
• Shift: Day shift
