Job summary

Regina-based logistics company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support transportation, scheduling, shipments, and day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves coordinating moving parts, communicating with customers and suppliers, and keeping operations on schedule.

The position is full-time with competitive hourly compensation based on experience. Training provided on company procedures and logistics systems; work location is in person in Regina.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with computers, email, spreadsheets, and logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, pickups, and transportation schedules

• Prepare and maintain shipping, delivery, and logistics documentation
