OPENLANE is seeking a Transport Clerk to join our logistics team onsite in Ayr (Kitchener). You will handle data entry into our systems, dispatch drivers, arrange sublet transport, and provide responsive customer service. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience in office administration or accounting.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enter data manually or electronically into transportation and inventory management systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate movement of vehicles to and from Vehicle Logistics Centers (VLC); dispatch loads and prepare related paperwork.
• Respond to email, phone, and walk-in inquiries from internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
• Post transportation charges to customer accounts and maintain accurate billing records.
• Serve as liaison for Lead Drivers when Dispatcher/Supervisor is unavailable.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and communicate outcomes to relevant personnel.
• Support the Transport Supervisor/Manager with day-to-day tasks as needed.
