Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hotel guest service agent and/or administrative experience required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a remote lodge setting.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite and any Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide introductory information to clients.
• Manage the check-in/check-out process for clients.
• Provide information about the camp, its rules, and policies.
