Job summary

LodgeLink is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for a remote Canada-based position. Join our Customer Experience Team and support reservations via email, phone, and chat, while contributing to content updates and listing management.

You will engage with customers and suppliers, resolve issues, and maintain accurate bookings with a keen eye for detail. A three-week training period is required before flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to teach or explain LodgeLink usage and resolve issues clearly.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for bookings and tickets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with reservation systems and help desk tech is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with reservations via email, phone, and chat support.
• Deliver excellent customer support using LodgeLink tools and product knowledge.
• Help resolve issues and foster positive customer relationships.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to improve experience.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and showcase benefits.
• Escalate concerns and track patterns to improve service.
• Create and publish new property listings to LodgeLink.com with accurate visuals.
• Organize all web content and assets for easy reference.
• Share success stories with the team.
