Realstar-4 is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at one of our Cornwall properties. The role covers customer service, cleaning, and basic maintenance, with shifts including every second weekend and some on-call evenings.

An apartment suite is included as part of the compensation package. The position emphasizes high-quality resident service, efficient office support, and coordination of events.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are needed.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills required.
• Ability to work on-site and assist residents with requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage lease renewals, applications, notices, and daily admin tasks.
• Assist with maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with supervisors and contractors.
