Job summary

Realstar is seeking a two-person Assistant Resident Manager team to live and work at a Vancouver property. The role requires on-site residency, working four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call evenings to support residents and operations.

As part of Realstar's residential property management group, you will handle common-area cleaning, basic maintenance, apartment turnovers, and provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.

We are currently seeking a 2-person Assistant Resident Manager Team to live and work at one of our properties located in Vancouver. This position would require you to live on-site and work 4 weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call evenings.

Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.

Key Responsibilities
