Realstar seeks an Assistant Resident Manager to join a two-person live-in team at a Cornwall, ON property. You will work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and share an on-site apartment with on-call evenings as required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants.
• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Minor maintenance repairs.
• Preparing apartments for new residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assisting with leasing suites.
• Responding to on-call requests.
