Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at one of our properties. The role requires working four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings. The base compensation is $29,000 with an apartment suite provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Property management experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of WHMIS is beneficial.
• Ability to perform general cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle snow removal.
• Basic computer and keyboard skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas of the property (hallways, stairwells, amenities).
• Perform minor maintenance repairs and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare vacant apartment suites for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing suites.
• Respond to on-call requests.
