Job summary

Realstar is seeking a Resident Manager to live on-site at a Peterborough property. The role requires you to reside on-site, work four weekdays per week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings.

The position offers base compensation of $35,000-$42,000 per person, includes an apartment suite (taxable benefit), with employer-paid benefits, quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance, and extensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Property management experience is an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer usage and keyboarding.
• Ability to perform general cleaning and minor maintenance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents professionally and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Attend to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hours.
• Manage lease renewals and related office duties.
• Oversee cleaning of common areas and vacant units.
• Assist with maintenance requests and coordinate with tradesmen.
