Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site and manage a two-person team at one of our properties in Ontario. The role involves showing suites, collecting rents, performing light maintenance, and delivering outstanding resident service.

You will work four weekdays, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings. Compensation includes a base of $21,000 per person per year plus an apartment suite.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a team environment.
• Ability to work some evening and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants.
• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Minor maintenance repairs.
• Preparing apartments for new residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assisting with leasing suites.
• Responding to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
