Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager in Cornwall, ON to live on-site, share an apartment, and work a four-day schedule with alternating weekends and on-call evenings. Base pay is per person with a signing bonus, plus benefits, bonuses, and training opportunities.

The role focuses on rent collection, showing suites, preparing apartments, and delivering exceptional resident service. Prior cleaning, maintenance, and teamwork skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
