Killam Apartment REIT is seeking a Live-In Resident Manager in Mississauga, ON for a full-time role emphasizing maintenance and tenant relations. You will assist with repairs, renovations, and preparing units for new tenants while handling on-site maintenance and safety responsibilities.

The position requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with productivity software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with property management industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and renovations of residences and prepare vacants for tenants.
• Perform general maintenance and painting tasks.
• Knowledge of minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and drywall repairs.
• First-line problem solving to manage tenant issues and relations.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site tradespeople and contractors.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call duty and rules enforcement.
• Share on-call responsibilities as needed.
