MetCap Living seeks a hands-on Resident Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a North York multi-residential property. You will supervise maintenance, coordinate contractors, support leasing and collections, and ensure safety and resident service standards.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently with regular reporting to the Property Manager. Full-time position with competitive salary and apartment benefits.

• Experience in residential property management or building operations

• Oversee daily property operations and maintenance
• Support leasing and collections activities

• Maintain life safety systems and inspections
• Handle resident inquiries and service requests
• Manage administrative tasks and property records
• Ensure property is clean, safe and presentable throughout the day
