Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, basic maintenance and customer service.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Previous property management experience preferred.
• Able to work well in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations including cleaning, minor repairs, and showing units.
• Handle tenant issues, solve problems, and build relations.
• Coordinate and supervise onsite tradespeople.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties, enforce property rules.
• Snow removal and salting of entrances in winter.
• Share on-call responsibilities with team.
