Realstar is seeking a Maintenance Manager to live on-site at a Toronto/North York area property. You will lead maintenance and cleaning staff, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure safety and quality. This role requires coordinating contractors, managing budgets, and delivering excellent resident service.

The position includes a rent-free apartment, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for bonuses and career development, with four weekdays plus every second weekend on duty.

Formación

• Residential property management or related business experience.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, prospects, colleagues and trades.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and coordinate maintenance of building systems (pumps, HVAC, boilers, plumbing).
• Supervise staff and contractors; train and schedule work.
• Monitor budgets and capital plans; review invoices for payment.
