Otter Co-op in Summerland, BC is hiring a part-time Liquor Store Associate for the Angry Otter Liquor @ Peacock's Perch. You will report to the Liquor Store Manager and help deliver friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates will have liquor retail experience preferred, Serving It Right, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Open availability for mornings, afternoons and evenings is required; travel to other locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Liquor retail experience preferred.
• Serving It Right license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Must be over 19 years of age and open availability for mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Process register transactions, refunds, and returns, activate gift cards.
• Ensure register drawer is balanced at end of shift.
• Stock, face, and rotate products on the shelves.
• Receive, check, and put away deliveries.
• Keep store and storage areas clean and organized.
• Utilize product knowledge to promote sales.
• Contribute to the Team in living the Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Otter Co-op is now hiring for apart-time Liquor Store Associateat our Angry Otter Liquor @ Peacock's Perchlocated in Summerland, BC.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Liquor Store Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner

Who you are:

• MUST have open availability and able to work a variety of shifts that include mornings, afternoons, and late evenings
• This position is based out of the Peacock's PerchLiquor Store, though it may require on some occasions to travel and work at other locations as business needs arise
