Job summary

Banff Caribou Properties Ltd. seeks a Line Cook for Sudden Sally in Banff to join our kitchen team and prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with our Chef de Partie and culinary team to maintain your station, ensure service quality, and accommodate guest dietary needs while delivering exceptional experiences. Staff accommodation and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience on hot line and à la carte service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain your station for a smooth service.
• Execute dishes consistently while maintaining quality during busy dinner periods.
• Assist with daily prep, production, and service requirements.
• Restock and organize your station throughout your shift.
• Accommodate guest dietary needs, allergies, and special requests.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support the team wherever needed to help ensure a successful service.
