Job summary

Sudden Sally in Banff is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will help prepare and serve fresh, high-quality dishes while developing your skills in a fast-paced restaurant focused on quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience on hot line and à la carte service preferred.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain your station for a smooth and successful service.
• Execute dishes consistently while maintaining quality during busy dinner periods.
• Assist with daily prep, production, and service requirements.
• Restock and organize your station throughout your shift.
• Accommodate guest dietary needs, allergies, and special requests.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support the team wherever needed to help ensure a successful service.
