Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is hiring experienced Line Cooks in Banff. You will prepare and cook dishes, work closely with chefs, maintain a clean kitchen, and help train new staff. This role offers a competitive starting pay and perks in a dynamic multi-venue setting in Banff National Park.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of culinary experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling.
• Attention to detail and consistent quality, even at high volume.
• Excellent work ethic and communication abilities.
• Passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible full-time availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
