Job summary

Dakota Dunes Resort is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to established recipes for à la carte and banquet service, under the guidance of the Sous Chef.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of culinary or line cook experience.
  • Safe Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is an asset.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Criminal background check required.
