We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a creative team in a kitchen where food and cocktails are elevated into performance and art.
Responsibilities
- Execute mise en place and service prep with precision and consistency
- Cook and plate dishes during service according to BarChef's standards and style
- Work with cocktail ingredients such as house-made bitters, infusions, and syrups to complement the bar program
- Engage with modernist techniques and tools including dry ice, liquid nitrogen, fluid gels, foams, airs, and sherbets
- Support the development of new menu items and contribute to the creative process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow food safety protocols and uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Collaborate with the bar and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
- Adapt to the pace and rhythm of a fast-moving, high-performance environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining or cocktail bar experience is a plus)
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with modern cooking techniques
- Interest in progressive cuisine and sensory-forward experiences
- Comfortable working with experimental and molecular gastronomy tools and ingredients
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute creatively to a collaborative environment
