ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Line Cook will be responsible for their station from prepping, cleaning, and cooking food as per recipe standards while maintaining a sanitized work area. The successful individual is passionate about the culinary industry and creating memorable dishes for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • High level of professionalism during peak service hours.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Ensure strict hygiene, kitchen standards and food safety protocols at all times.
  • Prepare and organize stations for seamless service.
  • Manage time efficiently during service and preparation.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members.
  • Adapt to menu changes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient workspace at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience as a Line Cook or relevant role preferred.
  • Passionate about food and hospitality, committed to delivering great guest experiences.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work long-standing shifts and perform physical tasks like lifting and pushing.
  • Flexible to work full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
