Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a service role.
• Strong customer-service mindset and the ability to help others.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify and analyze problems and provide optimal solutions.
• Previous life insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Practical experience using MS Office and online meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between policyholder, advisors and insurance carriers.
• Handle a variety of service inquiries throughout the lifecycle of a life insurance policy.
• Maintain an understanding of inforce-related processes across carriers.
• Exercise sound judgement when providing administrative support and guidance.
