HUB International is seeking an Inforce Service Administrator in Vancouver to support life insurance advisors and carriers with responsive service and accurate administration.

You will liaise between policyholders, advisors, and carriers, handle inquiries through the policy lifecycle, and maintain knowledge of inforce-related processes across carriers within a fast-paced team. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in office administration or insurance
• Experience in the life insurance industry is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting tools
