Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Inforce Service Administrator in Winnipeg, MB to support life insurance advisors and carriers with responsive service. About The Role

The Inforce Service Administrator role offers a variety of responsibilities, and we are seeking someone who ‘gets’ customer service and is looking for a challenging role in a fun environment. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers (Life Insurance Advisors) and carriers (Life Insurance Companies) through seamless customer service and support.

What You’ll Do

• Liaise between policyholder, advisors and insurance carriers
• Handle a variety of service inquiries throughout the lifecycle of a life insurance policy

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
