Job summary

VON Canada is seeking a licensed practical nurse to deliver holistic, person-centred care in clients' homes and clinics. You will work in clients' homes, clinics, virtually and in community outreach, with autonomy and full-scope practice.

Driving is required; a valid license and vehicle access are needed. You will conduct client assessments, administer medications, manage wounds, support chronic disease management, collect specimens and participate in rehabilitative and palliative care

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice.
• Must enjoy driving, have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• A current and original copy of a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check required.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
