Job summary

VON Canada is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide holistic, person-centred home and community care across various settings. You will work with autonomy and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to clients in their homes, clinics, virtually, and in community outreach.

The role emphasizes full-scope practice, driving to clients' homes, and involvement in chronic disease management, wound care, and palliative care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice.
• Community health experience is an asset.
• Must enjoy driving, have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• A current and original copy of a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check required.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
