Fountain Tire High River is seeking a skilled Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform maintenance, and ensure work meets manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills to provide mechanical service.
• A diagnostic specialist that keeps up with modern technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to providing a superior customer experience.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a driver’s abstract annually.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing the cause of malfunctions on customer vehicles.
• Performing repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Completing approved service on customer vehicles.
• Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer specifications.
• Performing scheduled maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune ups.
• Advising customers and associates on work performed and future repair needs.
• Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a safe manner.
• Supporting customer relationships by responding to inquiries.

You will get to:

• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle
