Fountain Tire Didsbury is seeking a skilled Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team and provide high-quality vehicle service. The role involves diagnosing faults, performing precise repairs, and completing manufacturer-approved service with a strong emphasis on safety and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers.
• A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle
• Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency
• Completing approved service on customer vehicles
• Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications
• Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups
• Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
• Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries

You will get to:
