Job summary

Ens Auto in Saskatoon is seeking a Service Administrator and Warranty Assistant to support the Lexus service team. The role includes warranty processing, appointment scheduling, and invoicing while ensuring accurate data entry and strong customer service.

The ideal candidate will have solid time management, organizational skills, and proficiency with dealership software. This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Accurate and meticulous data entry with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes is an asset.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is an immediate asset.

Responsibilities

• Open and close service work orders.
• Process, submit, and update all warranty claims.
• Assist with ECP service warranty.
• Prepare, process, record and reconcile warranty claims per policies.
• Oversee tire storage program and keep records in Excel.
• Run service reports to prepare tires for appointments and track inventory.
• Invoice all work orders for customers, internal, and warranty.
• Update operating codes in the system.
• Clerical duties: filing, scanning, email, and calls.
• Book appointments and follow up with leads using dealership software.
• Connect with clients via calls, emails and texts about services and offers.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
