Job summary

Lexus Downtown, part of Downtown AutoGroup, seeks an Assistant Service Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced automotive service environment in downtown Toronto. You will greet customers, capture their needs, and collaborate with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a service advisor role, solid knowledge of maintenance services, and strong communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a service advisor role at an automotive dealership or service center.
• Strong understanding of automotive service processes and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess needs for maintenance, repair, or diagnostics.
• Explain services clearly and recommend appropriate maintenance.
• Prepare and explain accurate work orders and estimates.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups to optimize workflow.
• Relay technical information between customers and technicians.
• Upsell services and promotions while maintaining trust and integrity.
• Build long-term customer relationships and follow up after service.
• Process invoices and ensure proper billing and warranty handling.
