• Responsive by phone/text; able to manage multiple prospects.
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet prospective tenants and show available units.
• Drive between properties in Edmonton portfolio.
• Answer questions and help prospects find the right unit.
• Follow up with prospects after viewings.
• Send leases for electronic signature and follow up to ensure completion.
• Keep track of prospects and leasing activity.
• Provide a friendly, professional experience from viewing through signed lease.
