As the job title describes, you will be responsible for advising retired people to find the housing and services that best suit them. You will be the spokesperson for the brand-new retirement home project in terms of interested customers and the community.
• Understand and analyze customer expectations and needs to find them a product and service that suits them (i.e., budget, health status, preferences, etc.);
• Follow up with potential customers to create a personal connection;
• Organize events to invite potential clients to;
• Invite guests to activities: wine and cheese, 5-7, brunch, etc.;
• Find new sources of potential customers (e.g., partnership with local businesses, seniors associations, kiosks, displays, etc.);
• Ensure that we convey our unique value proposition so that the client can better differentiate us from our competitors and spark a connection with the brand-new retirement home project;
• Represent the brand-new retirement home project at social and community activities;
• Sales technique training will be provided.
2. Property Assignments
The Leasing Consultant may be assigned to one or more properties at any given time. Assignments may change at the discretion of the Company, depending on operational needs. The Consultant agrees to perform their duties across various Company properties as required.
3. Availability
The Leasing Consultant is required to be available for showings and leasing-related tasks at least one (1) weekend out of every two (2). Weekend availability will be coordinated with the Company in advance.
4. Commission Structure
Commission rates will be determined based on the property, location, and prevailing market conditions. These rates are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. Any updates to the commission structure will be provided in writing and will take effect prospectively.
