Job description

Job Summary:As a Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that meet the diverse needs of our sales force. Your expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design will help create impactful learning experiences that drive performance, sales and engagement. The role comprises of 70% facilitation and 30% instructional design. This is an in office role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning environment.
  • Design and develop comprehensive learning programs and materials tailored to various learning styles and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our training offerings.
  • Support our sales force in their professional development by providing coaching and guidance on learning resources and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
