We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join BrokerLink, working remotely within our Ontario region on a permanent full-time basis.

Reporting to the Learning & Development department, this role involves training and developing employees across multiple disciplines. The focus will primarily be within our programs & projects discipline, including implementing an ROI framework, creating curricula, supporting technology training, and coordinating onboarding. The role aims to prepare and support employees in delivering exceptional customer service, increasing productivity, and developing various skills and competencies. The training programs will be aligned with strategic objectives and compliant with departmental policies and regulations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Educate employees across multiple L&D disciplines at an advanced level
  • Research, develop, prepare, and deliver educational materials
  • Support and promote workplace learning adoption and application
  • Manage administrative aspects of training programs and courses
  • Participate in program planning with team members and stakeholders, identifying and addressing training gaps regionally and nationally
  • Engage in various HR and other departmental projects
  • Mentor other Learning & Development Specialists
  • Perform additional duties as required
