Job summary

EY is seeking a Supervising Associate to lead learning program delivery and drive continuous improvement across complex portfolios. You will translate business needs into scalable, outcome-focused solutions and manage stakeholder relationships across global teams.

Ideal candidates show strong program management, instructional design know-how, and proficiency with learning platforms (SuccessFactors) and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Learning & Development program management, incl. end-to-end delivery
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience coordinating virtual and in-person learning programs
• Proficient with LMS, preferably SuccessFactors
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Teams/SharePoint familiarity
• Ability to analyze learning data and translate into improvements
• Experience with external vendors and event logistics
• Bilingual English/French is an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, deployment, delivery, and ongoing management of learning programs
• Own outcomes across workstreams, timelines, and contributors; identify risks and dependencies
• Build relationships with stakeholders and external vendors for effective delivery
• Lead meetings and communicate updates to aid alignment and decisions
• Support learning operations: administration, coordination, compliance, reporting, learner experience
• Use data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements
• Design and deploy learning solutions using adult-learning principles
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the team
• Coordinate across time zones and distributed teams with clear ownership
