Job summary

Roche seeks an innovative Learning Technology & Adoption Lead to architect digital learning across global manufacturing sites. You will balance cutting-edge tech with practical, scalable solutions for training in regulated environments.

You will lead a lean team, pilot immersive technologies and AI/LLM applications, and drive enterprise integration for platforms like Cornerstone LMS and SkillUp LXP. Strong regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in edtech architecture.
• 8+ years leading digital learning technology, edtech innovation, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience piloting immersive tech (VR/AR/MR) and AI/LLM in knowledge management.
• Know-how of CSV validation, 21 CFR Part 11, LMS/LXP/LRS/HRIS APIs, xAPI/SCORM, and cloud infra.
• Ability to set outcome-based goals for self-driven teams with agile experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer next-gen EdTech and lead PoCs for Generative AI, VR/AR/MR, adaptive learning and micro-learning.
• Translate pilots into robust business cases with ROI validation and global integration.
• Elevate digital learning experience with human-centered UI/UX across shop-floor tools.
• Provide strategic direction for a lean team of Technology Product Owners managing Cornerstone LMS and SkillUp LXP.
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Enterprise IT to scale compliant digital solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, HCI, Instructional Systems Design, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
