  • Own content creation cycles for custom learning experiences, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with learning best practices (approximately 80% of role)
  • Scale custom design process across the development of training outlines, storyboards for e-modules, training decks, and post-training summary reports
Facilitation & Delivery
  • Support new and expanded revenue streams through high-quality virtual and in-person facilitation
  • Facilitate half/full-day client workshops with confidence and presence; willingness to travel for in-person delivery
  • Support the delivery of pre-recorded training as needed
Project Management & Collaboration
  • Demonstrate strong time management, project coordination, and client relationship skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning products
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain clear documentation, timelines, and communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Executive Coaching, Marketing, Sales, and Training Operations – to support new offerings, strengthen internal workflows, and enhance efficiency across the learning product lifecycle
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, consistency, and cross-team alignment
Reporting, Tools & Data Management
  • Utilize Asana (or other project management tools) to manage timelines, assignments, and cross-functional visibility
  • Monitor key operational metrics and elevate issues or risks proactively
  • Ensure documentation of processes, templates, and workflows is regularly updated and optimized
  • Leverage Google Sheets/Excel as needed for project/Roadmap tracking, workback plans, and other data management or reporting
