Job summary

CAA Club Group located in York Region, Vaughan, is seeking a dedicated professional for a hybrid position focused on enhancing Associate success through effective training solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze business goals and create engaging learning materials tailored to various formats.

The ideal candidate holds a post-secondary degree and has a minimum of 5 years experience in design and development for training, with a strong emphasis on communication and analytical skills.

What You Will Do

• Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to understand business goals, identify learning gaps, and recommend effective training solutions that support Associate success and Member-focused service
• Apply adult learning principles to develop practical, learner-centered solutions that support different learning styles and help Associates build knowledge, confidence and capability
• Design and develop engaging learning materials that support both synchronous and asynchronous learning, such as self-directed online modules utilizing the latest technologies, live instructor engaging presentations, facilitator guides, participant guides and workbooks, demonstration videos, job aids and infographics
• Stay ahead of industry trends relating to learning approaches and technology

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are

• Post-secondary degree/diploma and a degree/certificate (or willingness to obtain) in Adult Education
• Minimum 5 years of design and development experience on mid- to large-scale programs with live instructor and self-directed learning solutions
• Experience facilitating training programs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred
• Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills
• French language proficiency is an asset
• This is a hybrid position
