Job summary

SinaLite is seeking a Learning Specialist to collaborate with HR and department leaders to design engaging learning programs. You will develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats, applying instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

The role includes facilitating sessions, managing LMS, and measuring program impact. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Learning & Development, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear content.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, corporate training, or related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience developing eLearning content and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear learning content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and department leaders to identify organizational and individual training needs.
• Develop and maintain learning plans aligned with business priorities and employee development needs.
• Design engaging instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs, including workshops, videos, quizzes, simulations, job aids, and resources.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create practical training experiences.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for employees.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear learning content.
• Support managers with on-the-job training, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course admin, user management, reporting, and progress.
• Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Continuously review and improve training programs based on results and changing needs.
• Develop training resources to support new processes during organizational changes.
• Stay current on emerging learning technologies and best practices.
