Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related roles.
• Experience designing and implementing role-based learning programs in technical environments.
• Ability to partner with leaders and SMEs to identify needs and deliver learning solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
• Translate requirements into scalable learning and performance support solutions.
• Build and manage role-based learning pathways for onboarding and competency development.
• Design, develop, and maintain course outlines, facilitator guides, and materials.
• Coordinate training schedules and support delivery of ILT and virtual programs.
• Track participation, feedback, and training records; monitor delivery effectiveness.
• Analyze outcomes to identify improvements to materials and pathways.
