Job summary

SinaLite is a leading wholesale trade printer and custom packaging provider in Canada and the US. We are seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role in Ontario, with compensation ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year.

The role focuses on designing and delivering training programs, managing the LMS, and supporting employees across the organization to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, corporate training, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience developing eLearning content and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure learning effectiveness.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and department leaders to identify organizational and individual training and development needs.
• Develop and maintain learning plans aligned with business priorities and employee development needs.
• Design engaging instructor‑led, virtual, and eLearning programs, including workshops, videos, quizzes, simulations, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create practical and engaging training experiences.
• Facilitate in‑person and virtual training sessions for employees across the organization.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical or complex information into clear, effective learning content.
• Support managers with on‑the‑job training, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, user management, reporting, and learner progress.
• Measure training effectiveness using assessments, employee feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Continuously review and improve training programs based on results, feedback, and changing business needs.
• Support organizational changes and new initiatives by developing training and resources that help employees successfully adopt new processes.
• Stay current on emerging learning technologies, tools, and best practices and recommend opportunities to improve how learning is delivered.
