Job summary

CSN Collision is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver learning programs for licensees and corporate staff. You will develop eLearning modules end-to-end, administer the LMS, and monitor program effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will assess needs, support change management, and share best practices in training design and delivery to drive continuous improvement across CSN’s learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 3–5 years in instructional design, eLearning development or learning technology.
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous and self-directed learning design and authoring.
• Ability to train end users and support learning outcomes across varied audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of training and development for CSN Licensees and Corporate Staff.
• Assist the Director and People & Culture partners with the Training and Development Plan.
• Build eLearning modules end-to-end in Articulate Rise, including planning, scripting and publishing.
• Monitor learning experiences to maintain standards, improve usability and engagement.
• Assess delivery methods (eLearning, remote learning, train-the-trainer) for audience suitability.
• Identify learner challenges and practical change management strategies.
• Measure program effectiveness and share best practices in design and delivery.
• Maintain positive stakeholder relationships and coordinate with training providers.
