Job description

We are looking for a Learning & Development Lead to help shape the next evolution of our Academy and strengthen the way we build capability across our organization. This role is ideal for a collaborative, business-minded learning professional who enjoys leading through influence, coordinating priorities, and bringing structure, innovation, and impact to learning initiatives. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Human Resources, the Learning & Development Lead will play a key role in coordinating the Academy’s learning strategy, supporting leadership and capability development, guiding LMS governance, and partnering with HR, Operations, franchise leaders, and internal stakeholders to deliver learning solutions that support business priorities.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate the Academy’s annual learning roadmap, priorities, deliverables, and governance activities. Partner with HR, Operations, franchise leaders, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and design practical development solutions.
