The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to improve employee skills, performance, productivity, and knowledge. This role supports organizational goals by promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development through learning, engagement, and employee communications. A key focus will be developing and managing digital learning content related to Product, Sales, Customer Service, Brand, Health & Safety, Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion, and Well-being. The role ensures accessible and impactful learning resources to meet diverse employee needs.
