Our firm is a Technical Staffing/Resourcing company specializing in contract, temporary, and permanent placement of technical staff across Canada. We are seeking a multi-talented Business Development/Account Manager - Staffing to join our team. The role involves managing a small portfolio of accounts and developing new business. If you are a service-oriented, entrepreneurial individual who enjoys working with people and technology, this is an excellent opportunity. We offer the tools, reputation, team support, and client relationships to help you succeed. This is a remote position open to applicants from anywhere in Canada.

Must Have Primary Skills :
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the staffing industry and recruitment.
  • An 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to assist in developing proposals for RFIs/RFPs.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Ability to see long-term sales cycles through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
