Job summary

TG Minto Corporation, a division of Toyoda Gosei, seeks a Leader Technician - Assembly for the Day Shift in Stratford, Ontario. You will lead assembly activities, operate injection machines, and ensure production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This full-time, on-site role requires the ability to work in a Just-in-time environment, with growth opportunities in the Automotive Industry and exposure to Kanban and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred or successful completion of an aptitude test.
• You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions to produce and verify conformance to quality standards.
• Meet hourly production quotas.
• Document daily production.
• Operate all injection machines and assembly stations.
• Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery.
• Ability to train FTMs.
• Understand and follow the Kanban system.
• Work in a safe manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.

Straight Shift Timing onDay Shift(7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M.) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
