Job summary

TG Minto Corporation is hiring for Lead Operator roles in Palmerston, Ontario. This position supports Just-in-Time production of high-quality auto parts, operating injection machines, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include meeting hourly quotas, documenting production, and cross-training across departments to support production needs. Shifts are night-time with potential changes as production requires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; aptitude test may be used.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform physical requirements; accommodations available.
