TG Minto Corporation in Ontario is hiring a Lead Operator - Assembly for the Afternoon Shift. The role supports the production of high-quality parts in a just-in-time environment within a Tier1 automotive supplier network.

You will operate injection machines and assembly stations, meet hourly quotas, and document daily production while cross-training across departments. Benefits start from day one and shift premiums apply for Afternoons and Nights.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr with $1 premium
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

General Description:

• Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery.
• Ability to train FTMs in the absence of the Leader Tech.
• Understand and follow the Kanban system.
• Work in a safe manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) ispreferred–or—successful completion of an aptitude test
• You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.

Straight Shift Timing on Afternoon Shift(4:30 PM-1:00 PM) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
